We offer 1-2-1 private appointments to ensure our customers and their families receive the best service possible. This also means we can spread the flow of visitors throughout the day, ensuring that there are not too many people in the shop at any one time having to wait for the fitting room.

Appointments are essential and spaces fill up fast, especially from October to June during prom season.

During our busy periodds, a deposit fee applies: it's £25 for your first hour-long private appointment, covering a private style consultation that's valuable even if you don't purchase on the day. Find your dream dress with us, and that £25 is fully redeemable against any purchase made either on the day, or at a follow-up appointment. Payment is required at the point of booking.

Magical, that's the only word to describe my daughter's shopping experience at City Prom. Madeline the owner has years of experience, helping to ensure that the dress is perfect for you. There is a wide choice of colours and styles to choose from and Madeleine was happy for you to try on as many as you wanted during your appointment and you weren't rushed to make a choice. My daughter found the perfect dress and had a magical evening, wearing it at her prom. My daughter will always have wonderful memories of her time trying on all the dresses and then wearing it to her prom.
