We offer 1-2-1 private appointments to ensure our customers and their families receive the best service possible. This also means we can spread the flow of visitors throughout the day, ensuring that there are not too many people in the shop at any one time having to wait for the fitting room.

Appointments are essential and spaces fill up fast, especially from October to June during prom season.

During our busy periodds, a deposit fee applies: it's £25 for your first hour-long private appointment, covering a private style consultation that's valuable even if you don't purchase on the day. Find your dream dress with us, and that £25 is fully redeemable against any purchase made either on the day, or at a follow-up appointment. Payment is required at the point of booking.

What a magical day! We couldn't have asked for a more fantastic experience. From the gentle & kind welcome to the excitement of saying Yes to the Dress it was perfect. We didn't feel at all rushed & could take our time to find the perfect dress that lit up my daughter's face. Can't wait to see her with hair, makeup, jewellery etc on prom night.
